Sometimes referred to as Angler Fish, a Hideous Beauty with its Head On. When supplied this fish is Cartilaginous with only one bone running down the middle of the Tail leaving a Very Meaty Flesh. Showing Sustainable Levels in our Cornish Waters, these are a Hugely Popular Fish. Often Cooked in Curries or Cooked & Wrapped in Palma Ham with Cream Sauce.
